Helderberg Hilltowns Association
The Helderberg Hilltowns Association (HHA) consists of neighbors from Berne, Knox, Rensselaerville, and Westerlo working together to help preserve and promote local farms, businesses, and organizations.
HHA is committed to:
* developing a unified Hilltown presence
* cultivating a vibrant local economy
* safeguarding our rural culture and heritage
* encouraging stewardship of our agricultural lands, forests, and open spaces
At Beebe Farm IdeaWorks, we're actively involved in HHA, serving on the board and helping to organize events, including the Maple Festival 5K Run and the Farms and Artisans Tour.
Adam Forti wins HHA's third annual "Run with the Saps" 5K. He's holding his prize--local maple syrup--in front of the HHA banner made by PinchPenny Threads.
Phoebe Beebe of PinchPenny Threads demonstrates how to create decorative and useful items from repurposed fabric at HHA's Farms and Artisans Tour.
HHA co-sponsored a showing of filmmaker Bruce Kennedy's rough edit of "Righteous Rebellion" at the Octagon Barn in Knox. Beebe Farm IdeaWorks coordinated this standing-room-only event.
